After which we conduct design and installation of earth electrodes, earth networks, equipotentialisation of earthing networks in accordance with the requirements of UL/NFPA and IEC/SANS 62305 or other published Standards for LPS. We also provide full design of service equipment and materials for your Cathodic Protection application. Part of the design deliverables also includes; system specification and designs, plans and detail drawings.

CATHODIC PROTECTION SYSTEMS SERVICES

At CAS systems Ltd., we offerextensive cathodic protection services which includes the design of service equipment and materials for your CP application. We work with our client’s standards and the international codes to design and install cathodic protection systems. Activities carried out to achieve this aim includes field surveys, engineering designs, material specifications, equipment and materials installation, construction inspection and system commissioning. We are also responsible for system materials such as conventional ground-beds, deep anode ground-beds, distributed anode systems and cathodic protection test stations. Where protective current requirement and life requirement is high such as in large structures (such as Tank farms, steel pile foundation, pipelines, e.tc)therefore Galvanic Anode is not recommended to be used, we conduct Impressed Current Cathodic Protection (ICCP) installation with all the anode, CP rectifier, e.tc. according to the system design.
